Shalina Effendi is a Global Affairs major from Houston, Tx. On campus, Shalina served as a Communication and Consent Educator (CCE). She’s also a member of MUNTY (Model UN Team at Yale), and served as the 2025-26 President of the Yale International Relations Association (YIRA). Outside of school, she likes to play volleyball and pickleball, travel the world, and watch sitcoms. She can’t wait to welcome the class of 2030!
