Josey is a sophomore majoring in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology on the pre-medical track from Portland, Oregon. When not in class, Josey works as a research assistant in the Cappello Lab, volunteers at HAVEN free clinic and Connecticut Hospice, and is a writer for the Yale Scientific Magazine. Outside of STEM, Josey enjoys dancing for Baile Folklorico, photographing sports teams, and spending time outdoors.
