EmJ Joseph is a joint-degree student at Yale, pursuing an MBA at the School of Management and a Master of Environmental Management at the School of the Environment. She focuses on the intersection of energy, equity, and sustainability, with a passion for building just and resilient systems.
Before Yale, EmJ worked at a global energy organization, where she helped launch the company’s electric vehicle charging start-up and advanced projects expanding access to clean transportation. At SOM, she serves as Vice President and Community Service Chair of Student Government and is also a CBEY 2050 Fellow lead and Nonprofit Board Fellow for DESK.
In her free time, she enjoys hosting 4D movie nights, creative projects such as costume making or scrapbooking, and museum visits.
